We are looking for new associates for two important positions:

• 2 High-end Interior Decoration Sales Specialists
• 2 Specialists in Decoration – Set up – Warehouse Operation

3. INDIAN COFFEE SHOP

Main job:

• Consulting and introducing high-end decor products in stores and online.
• Welcome guests enthusiastically, proactively, and guide products according to display areas.
• Display products according to showroom layout, ensuring aesthetics and brand standards.
• Consulting on functions, materials, and usage notes (eg: product cannot be microwaved, carpet should not be placed on the floor).
• Manage orders, track delivery, coordinate warehouse - media - customer service to ensure progress.
• Receive and handle requests and complaints in a tactful and professional manner.
• Update product knowledge and latest decor trends.
• After-sales customer care: ask about satisfaction level, suggest new products.
• Support in building communication content with the media team.
• Other tasks as directed by direct manager.

Request:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of decor, interior design, fashion, fine arts or high-end services.
• Love interior design, have clear personal aesthetic taste.
• Good communication skills, neat and professional demeanor.
• Understand the culture of serving high-end customers (VIP/VVIP).
• Have a progressive spirit, be proactive and highly responsible.

3. 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐑Í – 𝐒𝐄𝐓 𝐔𝐏 – 𝐕𝐬𝐍 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮

Main job:

• Check, stock and arrange goods scientifically.
• Follow the correct procedure for receiving goods: spray disinfectant, record unboxing video, take photos of packages and products.
• Record the quantity, size, material, and weight of each product in detail.
• Report product defects within 24 hours, send pictures for complaints if any.
• Arrange goods by material and function to ensure safety for fragile goods.
• Set up and decorate showroom according to layout, support displaying collections and unique products.
• Clean and maintain the product regularly, ensuring it is free of dust and damage.
• Order packaging is standard luxury packaging: multiple layers of protection, seal, “Fragile” warning.
• Support delivery and installation at customer's home when needed.
• Inventory and report on the status of goods periodically.
• Other tasks as directed by warehouse manager.

Request:

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing, decor, interior or handicrafts.
• Honest, meticulous, good health and highly responsible.
• Have aesthetic in arranging and setting up space.
• Proficient in checking and packing fragile goods (porcelain, crystal, high-end carpets).
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked in high-end furniture showrooms.
