1. Is the product the same as the picture on the website?
Each product is 100% real shot at Cau Hai showroom, standard studio lighting. However, color may differ slightly due to device screen or actual lighting.
2. Can I check the goods before paying?
- For Ho Chi Minh City area: Customers can check the goods upon receipt - before payment.
- For other provinces: Please deposit 500,000 VND in advance or pay 100% of the first order value . Due to the nature of fragile and easily scratched products (mirrors, ceramic cups, decorative statues...), Cau Hai does not encourage multiple shipping .
Before sending the goods, Mr. Hai will proactively record a real video or make a video call so that customers can carefully check the product - ensuring absolute transparency and peace of mind.
We put meticulousness and honesty first – because each item sent is a precious relationship.
3. If the product is defective, can I exchange/return it?
Mr. Hai supports 1-for-1 exchange for manufacturer defects within 48 hours of receiving the product (with unboxing video). Exchanges are not applicable for reasons of personal taste, aesthetics, or dislike or not suitable for the house.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Ho Chi Minh City: fast delivery within working days.
Other provinces: 2-5 days depending on the area.
