In 2017, in a small workshop smelling of pine wood, the two founders of Cậu Hai Home Decor began their journey. No large capital, no prime location – just skilled hands and a persistent question.

Pallet wood was recycled with simple tools, self-photographed, and self-listed for sale. The first customer came directly to the house to see the goods firsthand – they weren't in a hurry to buy. They stood, looked, touched each wood grain, and asked us how we made it. Some conversations lasted longer than a single order.

That's when Cậu Hai Home Decor understood: people don't just buy an item. They're looking for a feeling.

From the wood workshop, Cậu Hai started selling smaller items – lamps, stickers, wall decals, desk clocks. A small change could make someone's day a little easier. When the question "Why don't you open a store?" was repeated often enough by customers – it was no longer just a question. It was a sign.

Cậu Hai Home Decor's first store opened at 438 Sư Vạn Hạnh – not a complete space, just the ground floor with just enough money to open. There was no contingency plan. In the first year, Cậu Hai Home Decor didn't "grow" – it just survived. But one thing was never missing: returning customers.

Then we opened another floor. Not because of "business expansion" – but because there wasn't enough space to display. 6 months later, another floor. Then we rented the entire building. No step was grand. Just small steps, but never stopping.

At one point, Cậu Hai Home Decor realized: if we keep selling everything according to the market, we won't be anyone at all. From then on, Cậu Hai Home Decor started to choose – very carefully. We had to be trendsetters, not trend followers.

2017 Started from a small wood workshop – recycling pallets, doing everything ourselves. First customer placed their trust.
2019 Cậu Hai Home Decor brand officially launched. First store at 438 Sư Vạn Hạnh, HCMC.
2020 Registered HKD CAHA HOME LIVING (GCN 41J8029631). Expanded from ground floor to multi-story showroom.
2022–24 Developed Shopify system with over 2,300 products. Launched Maison Couture line. Built a professional team.
2025–26 Opened CAHA HOME LIVING at 166 Ngô Gia Tự, District 10. Completed digital operations, KPI system, Lark Suite.

Selling with heart – not chasing sales

The product must truly suit the home, the space, and the customer's style – only then will Cậu Hai advise and sell. We don't use tricks to entice customers to buy expensive products that are completely unsuitable. Sales are not the goal – true customer satisfaction is the measure.

Consultation responsibility before closing a deal

Cậu Hai staff are responsible for helping customers fully understand: product function, material, size, usage, and care – before closing the deal. A customer who buys a product without truly understanding what they are buying is not a customer who has been well-served.

If not satisfied – Cậu Hai will recall and find a better option

When customers see a Cậu Hai item in their home and are no longer happy – then that home is no longer a home. Cậu Hai will proactively recall the product and assist in finding a more suitable solution. Because the ultimate goal is not to sell – but for the customer to truly live better in their space.

From wiping the product before delivery, packaging, placing a vase on the shelf, to how staff greet customers entering the showroom – everything is meticulously cared for. No detail is too small when it touches the customer's emotions.

We started with our bare hands and a small workshop. Not because we had no other choice – but because we believed that anything born from true emotion would touch the true emotions of others.

For nearly 10 years, one person has continuously sought new and unique products, setting display standards so that every corner tells a story – the other meticulously attends to every small detail reaching the customer, from the ribbon, the fabric bag, to the display window concepts that make everyone passing by look up. Two styles. One direction.

Every product we select, every detail we meticulously care for, every process we build – all stem from a single question: is this truly good for the customer? Not good for sales. Not good for image. But good for the home, for life, for the emotions of the person who will live with that item every day.

We believe in the small things. How a vase is cleaned before delivery. How a staff member explains the material before closing an order.
